Some random bullet points about me:
- I graduated from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin in 2012. I started this blog when I studied abroad in Auroville, India. I'm a Health and Society major, with a minor in Environmental Studies. I'm going to Germany in the Fall to be an au pair for a year while I figure out what I want to do with my life!

- I grew up in Austin, TX with my parents and two younger sisters - except the 2 years we lived in Heidelberg, Germany when I was in 8th and 9th grade. That experience opened my eyes to a different language, different cultures, and most importantly, Indian food (yum!).

- In college I was able to participate in DIII Track and Field (and XC my senior year) and I learned a lot and made some great friends!

- My sophomore year of college, I was involved in helping to start a dining co-op on campus so I wouldn't have to eat the cafeteria food as much. We had very limited dining options on campus. While I was in India, they had a very successful first semester. I baked bread and desserts for them, so I got to try a lot of new recipes!.
